but, will we be able to take existing nations, alter whatever we want about them, but leave everything else about them untouched? If this isn't going to be possible at the release of El Dorado, is it possible we could see it somewhere down the line? I haven't seen any explicit confirmation that we can do so, so I'm not optimistic. Sometimes, I just want to swap out one idea - let's say I plan on colonizing ASAP with Norway, and I don't want one of my later national ideas to more or less be a dud because of this. Sometimes, I just wish I could give reasonable national ideas to an unlucky tag with generic ones.
